Job summary

Stark Tech in the United States is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead complex construction initiatives, manage scope, cost, schedule, and staffing, and coordinate with external vendors to meet contractual commitments.

The ideal candidate will review technical documents, respond to inquiries, monitor costs, manage resources, and collaborate with sales and engineering to define project scope and objectives. Travel is required; a valid driver's license and background check may be needed.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a field related to construction or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years' progressive experience in project management for construction projects.
  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases with MS Office skills.
  • 10-hour OSHA certification required.
  • Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings) and KPI reporting.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Work Experience
  • Associate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.
  • 2 years' of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects.
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
  • 10-hour OSHA certification required.
  • Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment are essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in US.
  • Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.
  • Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.
