Stark Tech is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead construction initiatives, focusing on scope, cost, schedule, and staffing while coordinating with vendors and ensuring contractual commitments are met.

The role requires reviewing technical documents, responding to inquiries, and closely tracking costs and progress. You will manage resources, budgets, and collaborate with sales and engineering to define project scope and objectives.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent construction experience required.
• 2 years progressive PM experience in construction projects.
• Proficient in planning, scheduling, coordinating; strong MS Office skills.
• 10-hour OSHA certification required.
• Financial skills: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and KPI tracking.
• Strong communication; able to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; travel with valid driver's license.
• Background check may be required for site access.

Work Experience

• Associate degree in a field related to construction (i.e., engineering, architecture) or equivalent related work experience required.
• 2 years' of progressive experience in a role performing project management job functions for construction projects.
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating detailed project phases, along with strong computer skills in Microsoft Office products.
• 10-hour OSHA certification required.
• Primary project financial competence (budget, labor, costs, billings), forecasting (% complete, % billed), KPI's (financial, productivity, quality, culture), and reporting (progress, schedule).
• Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment are essential.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License.
• Government badge may be required for most sites, must be prepared to pass an extensive background check.
