Job summary

Planned Companies’ Planned Lifestyle Services (PLS) is hiring motivated Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure a welcoming, safe building environment at Midtown, New York. Schedule: Fri/Sat 7am-3pm and Sun/Mon 3pm-11pm.

Pay: $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting tenants and visitors, scheduling reservations, planning events, guiding to local attractions, and handling mail and access control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Polite, friendly, and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors entering the building.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction and referrals to local entertainment, dining, and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services in designated areas.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys and access cards.
