CBRE is seeking a Commercial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in designated areas of a building in Asheville. The role requires a five-day workweek with weekend availability, and involves routine cleaning tasks across high-traffic zones.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related cleaning experience, plus physical ability to perform tasks and lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided, and adherence to safety standards is essential.

Mansioni

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic building areas as directed.

• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage areas, hallways, restrooms, elevators.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move and rearrange furniture as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
• Follow safety procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
