CBRE Government and Defense is seeking a Commercial Cleaner for the Winston-Salem area. This part-time evening role will perform basic cleaning duties including mopping, sweeping, trash disposal, and ensuring cleanliness of designated areas.

The shift runs from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, on-site in Winston-Salem, NC. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience; custodial or facilities experience is preferred. Eligible for standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in facilities, maintenance, custodial, or a similar field is preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs may be required

Responsabilités

• Provide daily cleaning support to high-traffic areas of the building as designated by the supervisor
• Stock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, and soap
• Sweep, vacuum, wipe, and mop storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
• Dust furniture, walls, and equipment; move/rearrange furniture as needed
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
• Follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
• Attend staff meetings and required trainings
• Follow established work routines and procedures
