Job summary

CBRE Government & Defense Services is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor for 2nd shift in Asheville, NC. You will oversee cleaners, manage daily activities, schedules, and ensure a safe, clean environment for employees and clients.

This on-site role runs 2pm–10:30pm with possible weekend shifts. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of supervisory experience; strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; set schedules and train staff.
• Schedule daily staff meetings and required in-service training sessions.
• Inspect cleaning equipment and order supplies; ensure safe storage.
• Coordinate with clients and employees; handle complaints and feedback.
• Submit daily cleanliness reports and monitor standards of cleaning.
