The mentor will model effective instructional practices, support planning and classroom management, and participate in job-embedded professional development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of teaching experience in CRCSD.

Responsibilities

• Support new-to-district teachers with professional practices.
• Collaborate with building leadership and teachers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Participation in job-embedded professional development.
• Provide actionable feedback on teaching practices.
• Support new teachers with building and district policies.
• Assist with questions regarding policies and procedures.
