Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and service documentation
• Respond to on-call service calls and perform on-site repairs as needed
• Complete service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules
• Provide customer training on system operations
• Identify system discrepancies and suggest upgrades
• Possibly assist in pricing repairs and upgrades
• Occasionally perform overnight travel or extended hours as needed
