Job summary

Siemens is seeking a Service Specialist to support our San Antonio, TX area. The role focuses on building automation system service, preventive maintenance, and on-call support, requiring strong electro-mechanical skills and a customer-first mindset.

You will interact with Service Sales and RAM Digital Service Center teams, follow safety standards, and maintain accurate service documentation. This is an on-site position that may involve overtime and travel as needed.

Qualifications

1+ years experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
Electro-mechanical experience and PC/software skills.
Ability to work in varied environments and lift up to 75 pounds.
Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center.
Follow safety requirements and complete training as outlined.
Complete service ticket documentation and preventive maintenance schedules.
Provide instructions to customer personnel regarding system operations and training.
Assist in pricing repairs and upgrades when needed and perform system checkout.
Work overtime and participate in on-call rotation as required.
