Qualifications

• Undergraduate: Rising Junior or Senior
• Must be current enrollment as an undergraduate at an accredited 4-year U.S. college or university
• Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration, Sales/Marketing
• Availability: 40-hours per week for the 10-week program (May–July or June–August)
• Relocation: No relocation assistance or housing stipend provided
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company or school sponsorship
• Eligible candidate must be located within 50 miles of office location with access to a reliable vehicle

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Sales Managers and Sales Executives within the local branch office
• Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach
• Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports
• Help manage CRM data by tracking leads and maintaining data accuracy
• Shadow sales calls and meetings to learn effective sales techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement
• Analyze sales performance data and provide insights into driving growth
• Develop value-based proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations
• Visit customer sites with both Solutions and Services Sales Teams
• Attend job take-offs and turnover meetings
