Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate at a 4-year U.S. college or university.
• Majors include Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy/Sustainability, Built Environment, Construction Management or Business Administration, Sales/Marketing with a strong technical engineering aptitude.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for the 10-week program.
• Relocation: No relocation assistance or housing stipend provided; work at the branch office local area.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales Managers and Sales Executives at the local branch office.
• Assist with lead generation, prospecting, and account outreach.
• Support preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Help manage CRM data and maintain data accuracy.
• Shadow sales calls/meetings to learn sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer engagement.
• Develop value-based proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations.
• Attend job take-offs and turnover meetings.
• Participate in sales-related activities and learn GTM strategies.
