Comfort Systems USA Ohio is seeking a Building Automation Sales Representative to grow our BAS, HVAC controls, service agreements, retrofit projects, and integrated building systems in Columbus, OH. • Experienced in Building Automation Systems or HVAC controls.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to explain technical solutions clearly and practically.
• Organized, self-motivated and growth-driven in sales.
• Outside sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with owners, facility managers, contractors and engineers to identify solutions for BAS/DDC service agreements.
• Lead upgrades, system integrations, retrofit and modernization projects.
• Support energy optimization, preventive maintenance and long-term account growth.
• Collaborate with engineering, service and operations to deliver practical building solutions.
