The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in project management, strong financial oversight capabilities, and a basic understanding of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include accountability for project margins, scheduling, and serving as the primary contact for clients. A competitive base salary of $90,000–$150,000 and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project leadership experience.
• Experience in organizing and leading meetings with teams and clients.
• Understanding of HVAC systems and building automation.

• Manage projects from start to finish, leading the engineering team.
