Job summary

Control Solutions Inc. Englewood, CO is seeking a Software Technician to lead software efforts on building automation projects. You will mentor junior technicians and coordinate with project teams to implement control strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in the BAS industry, experience implementing automation solutions, and knowledge of BACnet, LONworks, Modbus, and related protocols. On-site work at active construction sites is expected, with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Building Automation industry.
• Experience implementing building automation solutions and writing software code.
• Knowledge of BAS protocols (BACnet, LONworks, Modbus, etc).
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand design and construction documents.
• Willingness to work on active construction sites; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead software efforts on assigned projects as project lead.
• Mentor junior technicians within the Software group.
• Collaborate with field and hardware teams to implement control logic.
• Support growth and development of the software team.
