Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Project Manager for Building Automation Systems to oversee the delivery of complex BAS projects, coordinate with EBAS, construction teams, and vendors, and ensure adherence to standards across all installations.

The role requires strong experience with DDC systems, pneumatic controls, and networked building software, with a focus on reliability, safety, and accurate documentation; occasional travel between Clinic locations may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.
• 5 years of experience in pneumatic systems, installation, maintenance, or repair of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems, ITD, or related field.
• Working knowledge of DDC systems, control theory, piping, blueprints and electrical circuits/schematics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee building automation projects from design to implementation.
• Coordinate with EBAS team, construction teams, and BAS vendors to align with standards.
• Provide project updates and support successful integration of BAS across projects.
• Inspect and calibrate temperature, humidity, and recording devices for performance.
• Read, write, modify, and maintain automated building software and hardware.
• Maintain inventory and records for sensor and control devices.
• Respond to alarms and ensure safe, efficient operations.
