Responsibilities

• Evaluate specs and drawings to establish schedules with the team and identify critical installation timelines.
• Oversee procurement and participate in cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency.
• Assist Operations Manager in subcontractor contracting and alignment with scope, schedule, and budgets while enforcing safety.
• Conduct orientations for technicians and provide scope of work, drawings, contacts, and diagrams.
• Track resources and progress, document schedule-impacting events, and pursue change-order opportunities.
• Coordinate project billing with accounting, schedule commissioning, and expedite close-out documentation.

Project Managerscoordinateand deliver multiple, simultaneousbuilding automationprojects of various complexities,whichcontributestocreatingsafer environments in critical institutions such as hospitals, universities, and industrial facilities.As a Project Manager, your fiscal and managerial oversight across all project facets ensures client satisfaction, effective resource allocation, and safe,timelycompletion of projects.

As aProject Manager, you will:

• Evaluate project specifications, drawings, and related documents to understand project intentions,establishingcomprehensive project schedules in coordination with the team whileidentifyingcrucial installation timelines
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and materialsrequiredfor project completion, and activelyparticipatein project cost reviews to ensure financial efficiency
• Assist the Operations Manager in contracting subcontractors, coordinating their activities to align with the project scope, schedules, and fiscal requirements while ensuring adherence to safety regulations
• Conduct orientations for project technicians,providingall necessary project documentation such as scope of work, technical drawings, project contacts, and application-engineered diagrams
• Diligently track project resources and progress, documenting any eventsimpactingthe schedule, scope, and overall efficiency;identifyand pursue opportunities for project-specific change orders
• Manage project-specific billing coordination with theaccountingteam and Operations Manager, schedule commissioning resources,expeditethe return of mark-ups for as-built development, and ensuretimelycompletion of project-specific close-out documentation
