NAC, a division of APi Group, seeks a Building Automation Project Manager to join our Twin Cities team. You will lead cross-functional efforts on mechanical and electrical projects, from planning through commissioning, delivering on-time results for large-scale commercial projects.

The role requires 5+ years in project management within building automation or related fields, plus strong communication and organizational skills. On-site work in Minneapolis area with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Project Management required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in building automation or a related industry.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in reading/developing HVAC control plans, wiring schematics, and control strategies.
• Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and SharePoint proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets with objectives and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors to execute tasks.
• Estimate and create proposals for digital HVAC control systems.
• Serve as primary client contact; communicate project status, milestones, and issues.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitor expenses, budgets, and forecast costs; work with accounting on changes.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Request bids, award, and manage subcontracts.
• Manage NAC engineering and technician labor for submittals, orders, programming, and commissioning.
