Job summary

Konik is seeking a Building Automation Project Manager to oversee HVAC controls projects from estimating through installation and commissioning in Minneapolis.

This role requires coordinating engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, and communicating with customers to keep projects on track and within budget. A background in building automation or systems integration and proficiency with Microsoft Office are important; Visio or SharePoint is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in building automation, HVAC controls, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing installations, or leading controls work.
• Ability to read HVAC controls drawings, wiring diagrams, and project specifications.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with customers, technicians, and project teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Visio or SharePoint experience is a plus.

We're looking for a Building Automation Project Manager to manage HVAC controls projects from estimating and planning through installation and commissioning.

This is a good opportunity for someone with a background in building automation, HVAC controls, or systems integration who enjoys working with customers, coordinating technicians and engineers, and keeping projects on track.
