Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Building Automation team. You will manage projects from start to finish, directing engineers at a high level while overseeing financials, invoicing, procurement, and change orders.

Responsibilities include forecasting resources, mitigating risks, presenting to leadership, and serving as the primary commercial contact for customers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience or as a tech lead
• Experience organizing, scheduling and leading meetings with internal teams and customers
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and project planning tools

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and steps to improve financial health
• Establish project schedules and monitor completion
• Forecast project resources accurately
• Review risks and mitigate strategies
• Present Schedule, Scope and Resource Plan to leadership
• Manage project financials including cost projections and monthly invoicing
• Draft and quantify change orders
• Enforce quality plans and monitor quality throughout lifecycle
• Serve as the commercial contact for customers
• Lead large or multiple concurrent projects
• Identify deviations from plan and implement corrective actions
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers
• Provide technical guidance to the project team
• Enforce engineering standards
• Contribute to development of project management tools
• Participate in QMS and maintain strong communications and leadership
