Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced project leader to manage complex projects onsite. You will oversee scope, schedule, resources, and finances, while serving as the main commercial contact for customers and ensuring quality throughout the lifecycle.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of project leadership experience, strong meeting facilitation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project. HVAC/building automation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in PM or technical lead roles.
• Experience organizing, scheduling and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of Project a plus.
• HVAC/building automation knowledge is a plus; onsite commissioning experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and steps to improve financial health.
• Establish project schedule and monitor completion.
• Accurately forecast resources for projects.
• Review risks and mitigation strategies for projects.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Manage project financials including cost projections and invoicing.
• Draft and quantify change orders; ensure quality plans are followed.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Lead large or multiple concurrent projects.
