You will manage subcontractors, control budgets, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and safety. The position emphasizes proactive communication with sales, field teams, and clients, driving successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to initiate, execute, track and close projects.
• Experience reviewing contract language and managing contract content.
• Ability to adhere to budgets and organize to contract requirements.
• Capable of prioritizing work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional business acumen.
• Self-driven learning to stay current with evolving technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review contract requirements, define scope of work, and estimate labor and materials.
• Hire and manage subcontractors to deliver project scope.
• Control project costs and monitor manpower growth.
• Provide weekly updates to sales on schedule, budget, and status.
• Ensure detailed estimates and timelines are approved before start.
• Track hours, schedules, and progress against estimates and commitments.
• Lead inspections, punch lists, and final approvals with supervisors.
• Produce close-out documentation, drawings, and warranties.
