Qualifications

• Experience managing projects from initiation through completion.
• Ability to interpret contracts and technical documentation.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, and documentation.
• Strong customer service mindset with professional business judgment.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, or field teams preferred.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and requirements from contracts and specs.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and field teams.
• Conduct regular project meetings with sales and operations.
• Maintain documentation and reporting.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
