ModernControls is seeking a Building Automation Programmer to join our team of experts delivering BAS projects across PA/NJ/DE/VA/DC. You will design, review, and implement building automation solutions for commercial facilities, collaborating with facility teams, architects, and engineers to ensure reliable, efficient control systems.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of BAS programming experience, strong HVAC controls knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints.
Competenze
- 3+ years of Building Automation (BAS) programming experience.
- Strong understanding of HVAC controls/equipment.
- Ability to read construction blueprints and documents.
- Effective communication with end users and provide training.
- Proficiency with BAS software and documentation.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Mansioni
- Program and configure DDCs for HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams for system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems.
- Commission, diagnose, and repair environmental-control systems.
- Develop BAS architectures per client RFQ and drawings.
- Configure BAS control algorithms and perform testing.
- Lead site startup and customer demonstrations.
