Job summary

Infinite Resource Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for our Building Automation team in Manassas, VA. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, guiding engineers, coordinating with customers and contractors, and ensuring financial health and quality throughout the lifecycle.

You will forecast resources, manage schedules, present plans to leadership, and draft change orders while balancing project finances with customer satisfaction and team development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project leadership experience in PM or technical lead roles.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Proficient with Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project margin and financial health.
• Establish and monitor project schedules and resources.
• Forecast resources and manage risk with mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope and Resource Plan to leadership.
• Oversee project financials including cost projections and monthly invoicing.
• Draft change orders and coordinate with customers.
• Enforce quality plans and lifecycle governance.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Lead large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to project team.
• Promote use of engineering standards and tooling.
• Contribute to QMS and project management tooling.
