• At least 3-5 years of project leadership experience – project management or technical lead.
• Experience organizing, scheduling, and leading meetings with internal teams and customers.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors and end clients.

Responsabilités

• Accountable for project margin and takes steps to increase the financial health of the project.
• Establish schedule for projects and monitors progress toward completion.
• Forecast resources for projects.
• Review risks and mitigation strategies.
• Present Schedule, Scope, and Resource Plan to divisional leadership.
• Manage project financials including cost projections and cash flow reporting.
• Draft and manage change orders.
• Ensure quality plans are followed throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for customers.
• Manage large or multiple concurrent projects.
• Identify deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Negotiate Terms & Conditions with customers.
• Provide technical guidance to the project team as needed.
• Enforce engineering standards and contribute to PM tools and QMS participation.
