Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or appropriate equivalent.
• One year of experience in the operation and maintenance of HVAC equipment with building automation and/or DDC systems.
• Possession of a valid class C Maryland driver's license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains DDC and BAS for a safe learning environment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs DDC and BAS systems including hardware and software.
• Performs programming to maintain system operation.
• Identifies energy savings opportunities in HVAC systems.
• Coordinates with mechanical and electrical trades to resolve issues.
