Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain DDC and BAS equipment; troubleshoot on-site and remotely.
• Respond to service calls and restore HVAC operation.
• Identify energy savings opportunities through software sequences and repairs.
• Assist in commissioning new systems and coordinate warranty/contractor activities.
• Coordinate with plumbing/electrical trades to resolve issues and improve IAQ.
