Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational or trade school preferred.
Journeyman Certification required.
Four years’ experience installing and maintaining industrial/commercial refrigeration and/or air-conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

Performs maintenance, repair, modification, and troubleshooting of building control systems to assure reliable and efficient operation.
Manage automated systems for a 24/7 operation using expertise in major building mechanical, electrical and centralized building control.
Oversee new installation for the building automated control system.
Submit documentation of completed maintenance requests to the supervisor; identify and recommend scheduling third party repair of equipment when necessary.
Maintains safe, effective and efficient working order per manufacturers specs and department standards.
