Job summary

Carrier's Automated Logic division is seeking a Building Automation Intern/Field Engineer Intern to support commissioning of building automation systems for diverse customers. You will gain hands-on experience with Direct Digital Control technology, sensors, and software while delivering customer-focused solutions.

You will work under supervision to initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize systems, load software and configurations, and document progress for internal teams, while developing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Building Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• US Citizen or eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Valid driver's license and insurable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initiating, installing, troubleshooting and optimizing customer systems using Direct Digital Control technology.
• Assist in providing turnkey project delivery on small to medium projects.
• Assist in ensuring systems operate properly (controls, sensors, software).
• Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports.
• Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate and document project status to internal team.
