Responsibilities

• Develop advanced systems designs within own discipline with minimal supervision.
• Prepare project deliverables per the client’s intent and scope of work in the proposal with senior staff.
• Follow the quality management process; review project deliverables before QA/QC.
• Assist or act as the project manager: plan tasks within timeline and budget, identify precursors from other disciplines.
• Fully understand and advise clients of company’s service offerings.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and adhere to project budget.
• Identify and report potential roadblocks and competing priorities that may affect scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop understanding of company accounting and project management systems.
• Participate in the engineering/professional community to build knowledge and growth.
