Jacobs Solutions Inc. in the United States seeks a Building Automation and Controls Engineer to design BAS for HVAC, coordinate multi-discipline teams, and support startup activities across PA, OH, IN, and NC locations.

The role combines field and office work in a hybrid/remote arrangement, with on-site engagement during commissioning and ongoing project support. Candidates should have strong knowledge of DDC, PLC, and P&ID practices and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years in Building Automation and HVAC systems.
• Experience with DDC, PLC, DCS and other controls applications.
• Experience with AF&IDs, P&IDs, sequence of operations, I/O lists and specs.

Responsabilités

• Produce BAS designs for HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Provide on-site startup support and coordinate activities with the discipline lead.
• Ensure schedule and technical quality across projects.
