Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience with building automation systems and controls.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and control sequences.
• Experience with major BAS platforms (Siemens, JCI, Honeywell, Schneider).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, operate, and maintain BAS.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems and sensors.
• Optimize HVAC performance for critical care environments.
• Support operating rooms and other regulated spaces.
• Respond to BAS alarms and implement fixes.
• Perform preventive maintenance on BAS hardware and software.
• Coordinate with HVAC techs and vendors.
• Maintain system documentation and records.
• Support energy management and sustainability goals.
• Assist with capital projects and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provide on-call support.
