HomeTeam Pest Defense in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Installer to follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatment services, and deliver exceptional customer service on your route.

No experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Company-paid licensing and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including vehicle, equipment, and uniform
• Stay current with pest control knowledge by attending seminars
• Must be able to work Saturdays to meet builder timelines

As a HomeTeam Installer, you can expect to:

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• No experience required – training will be provided!
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
