Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking a field-based installer to bring Taexx System services to new home builds. You will work on a route, perform termite treatments, and interact with homebuilders and field managers to meet deadlines.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. A valid driver's license is required, and licensing for termite/pest control may be pursued with company support. This role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license; termite/pest control licensing may be obtained (company-paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule and arrive on time at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within the route.
• Perform termite treatments and coordinate with builders, subcontractors, and field managers.
• Submit legible, clear service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners on your route.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Stay current with pest control licensing and attend seminars.
• Work independently with motivation and focus.
• Must work Saturdays to meet builder timelines as needed.

• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Responsible for submitting legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
