HomeTeam Pest Defense in Pineville, NC is seeking an Installer to join our field team. Follow a daily schedule, install Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and provide exceptional customer service while working your route.

No experience is required—training is provided. Must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to obtain termite licensing. Saturday work may be required to meet builder deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
