Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Installer (Construction) to install the Taexx System in new homes along a scheduled route and to perform termite treatment services. You will interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors, and field managers to meet deadlines and submit clear service tickets.

No experience is required as training is provided. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to obtain termite technician/licensing (company paid).

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
