Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking an Installer to follow a daily schedule, install the Taexx System in new homes, perform termite treatments, and provide exceptional customer service along the route. No experience is required as training is provided; you must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

You may need to obtain termite licensing, which the company pays for. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, plus 401(k) with company match and growth

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site.
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route.
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route.
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Maintain your pest control license and attend pest control seminars regularly.
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently.
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.
