Job summary

Artisan Design Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Scheduler to manage installer schedules provided by builders and ensure alignment with customer timelines. You will coordinate with Labor, Purchasing and other departments to allocate resources, track progress, and communicate delays.

The role uses RFMS and FMS and supports warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting. Strong communication, teamwork, and organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with the Labor Manager to ensure capacity is not exceeded.
• Tracks and monitors installation schedules for resource allocation.
• Oversees customer portals to meet customer expectations and schedules.
• Coordinates with Purchasing to ensure timely material delivery and informs customers of delays.
• Monitors shortages and develops processes to prevent them.
• Learns and utilizes RFMS and FMS.
• Maintains effective communication with customers, subcontractors and employees.
• Understands flooring installation guidelines.
• Facilitates interaction across departments and customers.
• Manages warehouse operations as needed, including inventory and deliveries.
• Reviews company processes to identify efficiencies and proactive strategies.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and promotes a safe working environment.
• Evaluates operational and individual performance to identify improvements.
