Job summary

Cosentino in Seattle, WA, is seeking a Builder Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing for assigned builder accounts. You will cultivate relationships with builders, designers and purchasing agents, driving demand for Silestone, Dekton and Sensa products and managing pricing and rebates.

You should have 4+ years of builder sales experience, 2+ years of multi-level engagement, and 1+ year of business development, plus knowledge of Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience in the builder industry.
• Ability to interact with multiple levels within commercial projects.
• 1+ year of business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales with builder accounts.
• Establish and grow relationships with builders, fabricators, and designers.
• Drive demand for Cosentino products and manage pricing and rebates.
• Attend builder events and strengthen the builder network.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with Sales Team on strategy.
