Qualifications

• 2+ years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience covering full loan lifecycle
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in good standing or ability to obtain within 60 days
• Proven track record with an established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals
• Ability to manage a consistent loan pipeline
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex financial data
• Excellent communication and relationship management to build trust and loyalty
• Excellent organizational skills and strategic problem solving
• Positive, proactive attitude and passion for helping others win

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with borrowers and referral partners
• Guide borrowers through the application to closing with clarity and confidence
