Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB / CHLI is seeking a Loan Officer who thrives on relationships and results to guide clients through the mortgage journey. You will be the trusted advisor for homebuyers and a partner to real estate professionals, driving loan production and client satisfaction.

You’ll manage the loan process from application to closing, set clear expectations, and deliver an exceptional experience. Stay informed on market trends and comply with industry requirements to support growth.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of consecutive, recent mortgage loan origination experience.
Active MLO license in good standing with the NMLS, or the ability to obtain licensing within 60 days of hire.
Proven track record of successful loan origination supported by an established referral network of realtors, builders, and industry professionals.
Strong analytical capabilities to interpret complex financial data and guide sound lending decisions.
Exceptional communication and relationship management skills that build trust and loyalty.
