Qualifications

• Experience in real estate, mortgage, escrow, title, banking, financial services, sales, customer service, or related field.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn mortgage business and grow into a producing Loan Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assisting borrowers throughout the loan process from application to closing
• Supporting Loan Officers with lead conversion, client communication, and pipeline management
• Building relationships with real estate agents, brokerages, and industry professionals
• Learning mortgage products, guidelines, and lending strategies
• Helping create an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and service
• Developing skills to manage your own production pipeline
• Staying current on industry trends, loan programs, and regulatory requirements
