Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer issues and determine root causes for effective resolution.
• Communicate with Sales Agents during and after transactions to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate shipping, scheduling, and replacement orders with Logistics and external partners.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
