Job summary

nVent is seeking skilled on-site installers to attach building components such as HVAC units, windows, and doors at customer sites. You will cut materials using a plasma torch and chop saw, carry panels, and install paneling. A versatile use of handheld and power tools is required along with housekeeping.

The role supports teamwork or independent work and requires accuracy and reliability. Overtime may be needed to meet project deadlines, and candidates should be able to adapt to changing

Qualifications

  • Install all building components such as HVAC units, windows and doors.
  • Cut material using plasma torch and chop saw.
  • Carry panels for installation.
  • Install paneling.
  • Use a variety of handheld and power tools.
  • Conduct housekeeping as necessary.
  • Team player, able to work solo or with others.
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality.
  • Able to multitask and adapt to project changes, delays, or unexpected challenges.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.
