Responsibilities

• Read and follow written or verbal instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Construct cabinets across all production phases.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform repetitive motions for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Preferred: 1–3 years production experience in an assembly, carpentry or detail‑oriented environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Understanding of safe work practices.
• Mathematical skills for measuring, reading and writing proficiency.
• Ability to read a tape measure and operate various tools.
• Team‑work orientation.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling.
• May be required to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to use hand tools with dexterity and strength.
• Overtime, weekends, and flexible schedule required.
