Job summary

Cabinetworks Group, a leading cabinetry manufacturer, is seeking a production-focused team member. The role emphasizes following written or verbal instructions, teamwork, and accurate, efficient output in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be able to read a tape measure, use calipers, and understand Masco Cabinetry wood characteristics. High school diploma or GED is preferred, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

  • One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced environment preferred.
  • Two to three years of work experience.
  • Knowledge and application of safe work practices.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Distinguish among colors and different species.
  • Read a tape measure and caliper.
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English.

Starting at $19.56/hr (up to $23.05/hr)

PRINCIPRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions.
  • Work in a safe manner and as part of a team.
  • Communicate verbally clearly and concisely.
  • Complete work with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, perform moderate to heavy repetitive lifting, and stand on feet at least nine hours per day.
  • It is an essential function of this position that you report to work on a regular basis.
  • Inspect and audit product processes on incoming product, internal process,product audits and finished product audits
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures,

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • One year of production experience or similar in carpentry or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Two to three years of work experience.
  • Knowledge and applicationof safe work practices.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Distinguish among colors and different species.
  • Possess basic Microsoft Office and computer capabilities including Excel, Word and LINCs.
  • Possess a basic knowledge the QMS to promote awareness and use by coworkers.
  • Read a tape measure and caliper.
  • Ability to read/write/communicate in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to read a tape measure & calipers.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all Masco Cabinetry wood character, machining, assembly and finishing
  • Self starter who works effectively without close supervision.
