Lithia & Driveway is seeking automotive technicians for our Coon Rapids location. Our shop features 35 service bays, climate control, built‑in tools, and dedicated on‑floor foremen and senior technicians to support your growth.

We offer a high‑tech, fast‑paced environment with strong teamwork and plenty of opportunity. Compensation includes Journeyman level rates of $33.14–$41.20 per hour (flat rate) or Light Duty at $22.88 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and two weeks of

Pay: Journeyman Level Technicians $33.14- $41.20 flat rate Light Duty Level Technicians $22.88 flat rate Schedule: Monday-Friday - 4x10s available

Total Rewards

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes a CBA union agreement: Journeyman Level Technicians $33.14- $41.20 flat rate Light Duty Level Technicians $22.88 flat rate Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
