Job summary

Troy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Lithia Motors, is expanding and hiring experienced automotive technicians. The role offers a path to higher earnings as service bays increase and job volume grows, with access to modern equipment and factory support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience with domestic OEMs, strong diagnostics, and a commitment to quality repairs in a high-volume shop. ASE certifications are a plus and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Domestic OEM experience (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with used vehicle reconditioning and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles.
• Perform drivability, electrical, engine, transmission, and suspension repairs.
• Complete used vehicle inspections and reconditioning to dealership standards.
• Conduct maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and manufacturer resources to resolve issues.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while maximizing productivity.
