Lithia & Driveway's Sahara Sahara Chrysler Dodge Ram is currently hiring automotive technicians of all experience levels. The team welcomes entry-level through master technicians, offering a $7,500 sign-on bonus for new hires within Lithia & Driveway.

Entry pay starts around $25 per flat-rate hour, with experienced techs earning based on certifications and skill. Master Technicians can reach up to $50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform engine repair and servicing of vehicles.
• Handle transmission and driveline work.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose check-engine-light and drivability issues.
• Service steering, suspension, and HVAC systems.
• Perform brake repairs and inspections.
• Work on diesel engines as needed.
• Recondition used vehicles and perform advanced diagnostics.
• Participate in factory training and career development.
• Pursue Stellantis certifications and advancement paths.

Dealership: L0517 Sahara Chrysler Dodge Ram SAHARA CHRYSLER DODGE RAM NOW HIRING– Automotive Technicians - All Experience Levels Entry-Level | Used Vehicle | Mainline | Level 3 | Master Technicians $7500 Sign On Bonus Offered (Bonus applies to new hires only and is not eligible for anyone employed within the Lithia & Driveway network in the past 24 months.) Pay: Entry-level and developing technician positions start around $25.00 per flat rate hour, with experienced technician pay based on skill level, certifications and experience. Master Technicians can earn up to $50.00 per flat rate hour.

What You'll Bring

You don't need to come from a CJDR dealership Experience with another manufacturer or an independent repair facility is welcome. Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Kia, European, independent shop - good technicians are good technicians. We'll help you learn the Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Stellantis systems. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
