Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking a Leasing Ambassador – Build-to-Rent to warmly greet prospects, lead tours, and support leasing activities across Build-to-Rent communities. You will ensure model homes are prepared and provide accurate information on pricing, terms, and applications.

You will use CRM systems to track activity, collaborate with onsite teams, and uphold Fair Housing practices. Strong customer service, organization, and communication are essential to drive occupancy and resident

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in real estate/leasing or customer service is required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospects and conduct tours of model homes.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide information on features, pricing, availability, terms, and applications.
• Keep model homes and community spaces prepared and maintained.
